What do I get with ASK VMI?
ASK VMI is a month to month subscription service for startups and small businesses, which provides:

• Unlimited calls and/or emails during the month, Monday through Friday (9am-5pm Pacific time), to ask financial/accounting questions,
• Access to templates developed by Anthony Nassar, including depreciation, vacation accrual, stock option vesting, cap table and chart of accounts, which we will adapt to your business,
       plus if you select the Premium Plan described below,
• Two monthly face to face on-site meetings of 2 hours each to discuss various financial/accounting questions or issues you need answers or guidance on.

Please note that ASK VMI is an advisory service aimed at providing you and one designated person on your financial team with ongoing coaching and support for the duration of the subscription. It does not include performing actual accounting and financial tasks such as setting up a system or process, recording journal entries, working on a month end close, developing analyses in a spreadsheet, or creating a financial model. VMI can perform such tasks upon mutual agreement between you and VMI for an additional fee.

Cost
The cost of ASK VMI is:

• $1,500 per month for the Premium Plan -  includes 2 monthly meetings of 2 hours each. This plan is available only to companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
   
• $900 per month for the Basic Plan - does not include face to face meetings. The Basic Plan is for companies that are based inside as well as outside the San Francisco Bay Area.

And with ASK VMI, you can cancel the service anytime upon 30-day notice.
