We have implemented procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. 6.     Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of, or by following other relevant instructions in, marketing emails you receive from us. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we may still send you emails about services you have requested or received from us.

7.     Children’s Privacy

Our services are not designed or meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that personal information to the extent required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

8.     Consent to Transfer

Our Services are designed for entrepreneurs, founders, and businesses in the United States. If you access our Services from outside of the United States, please be aware that information about you may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries outside the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country and where data may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities under certain circumstances. 9.     California Do-Not-Track Disclosure

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.

We may change or update this Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to review this Policy periodically. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you as required by law, such as by e-mail to the address you have provided.
